The Money Farm Academy is a community of success-driven young people built on the pillars of growth mindset, sustainable wealth creation and burning desire to transform the societies we live in. The foundation of the Academy is built on principles of intentional, sustainable, measurable personal and financial growth, as practically broken down in the book – The Money Farm by Dr.  Josiah  Nang-Bayi.

In the community we seek to transform the minds of young people through sharing of knowledge and discovery of wisdom, which when implemented through strategic consistent action, will create a generation of youth that are equipped to grow and transform the societies in which they live.

It is my belief that what we are at the core – the character, is determined by the state of mind. Who we are determines how we see the world and we act in it. Sustainable success in any endeavor, including wealth creation, is not possible without the right mindset, and knowledge is a prerequisite for building a desired mindset.

About the Author

  • Josiah Nang-Bayi, MD is a medical doctor by profession, an author, a financial literacy and digital assets enthusiast, an entrepreneur and a growing philanthropist.
  • He is a very passionate, enthusiastic, committed and hardworking young man dedicated to youth development and growth through financial literacy, passive income and mindset training. His mission to raise the next generation of billionaire philanthropists took him on an enlightening journey of self-education, mentorship and coaching in wealth creation, personal development and mindset training.
  • This mission is in line with his personal most important life goal - TO BECOME ONE OF THE YOUNGEST BILLIONAIRE PHILANTHROPISTS OF AFRICAN ORIGIN. He is very passionate about child development with a dedication to helping the disadvantaged rural kid discover and develop his/her potentials.
